If you already have your medical records, scans and test results and prefer to communicate directly with the clinic in Lithuania, we are happy to introduce you to the appropriate specialist or clinic.
This service includes:
- Referral to the appropriate clinic or specialist.
- Contact details for your dedicated coordinator in Lithuania.
From that point onwards, you communicate directly with the clinic regarding your appointments and treatment.
Medical Coordination Service – £95
If you would like us to manage the process on your behalf, we will coordinate your treatment journey with the clinic in Lithuania.
This service includes:
- Reviewing your medical records, scans and test results.
- Sending your medical information securely to the clinic.
- Liaising with the consultant and medical team.
- Arranging consultations and appointment dates.
- Keeping you updated throughout the planning process.
- Acting as your point of contact until your treatment is organised.
Travel & Concierge Service – From £50
If you would like us to organise your trip, we can also arrange.
This service includes:
- Finding the most suitable specialist or hospital
- Booking consultations, diagnostic tests and surgery
- Communication with medical teams
- Translation assistance
- Medical document coordination
- Appointment management
- Ongoing support before, during and after your treatmentFee: From £50, depending on the level of support required.
IMPORTANT: All fees will be explained and agreed with you before any work begins.
Personal Medical Coordination
This service includes:
- Liaising with the specialist to confirm which tests or scans are required.
- Reviewing and organising your medical records.

- Coordinating communication with the consultant before your travel.
- Providing updates and helping you understand the next steps.
